The activity section of the Contact cards helps you track their interactions with your system, however, it could feel cluttered. So, we’ve fully redesigned it, making it easier to monitor activity with faster load times and constant updating.
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?
Improved Design: Each activity type (for example, calls and emails) has a distinct icon for instant recognition, which is consistent across devices.
Date Groupings: Activities are grouped under headings like “Today” and “Yesterday” for chronological clarity.
Clickable Event Cards: Each card shows title, timestamp, campaign/source labels, and links you can interact with for easy access.
⭐️How To Access A Contacts Activity Details?
With the update the way you use the activity tab has changed around a bit so let’s check it out!
To start, navigate to the Contacts sections and click on the contact card you wish to check.
Switch to the Activity tab and click any event card for details.
This will open a pop-up window that contains all the necessary information including redirection links.
Click an event’s link right from the card to jump to related records or external URLs.
This will make managing events more efficient and rounded, using click-through cards that keep you in context and get you to detailed interaction data in one tap. We hope you enjoy the upgrades.
