New Feature: Course Unlock Options
When offering learning opportunities to your community, we believe you should stay in control. This new feature lets you manage when, how, and who gets access to your courses, ensuring the learning experience unfolds exactly as you intend.
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Access Control: Decide when and how your members get access to course offerings, keeping your course attendance manageable and improving your marketing for up-sales or add-ons.
Gamification Opportunities: Use your courses as member rewards, keeping them motivated to interact and participate in your communities without having to come up with new incentives.
Enriched Flexibility: Fulfill your community’s needs and set the course access according to your preferences providing more insights into member's behavior and purchasing habits.
⭐️How To Set Course Unlock Options?
Navigate to the Groups tab inside the Communities section and log in to your desired group.
Head to the Learning tab and add or edit a course.
Select the course visibility and add the details, for example when selecting Buy Now add the billing details.
Click Add Course or Update Course to save your changes.
Enhance your members' gamification experience while giving group admins greater flexibility to manage the learning process, boosting customer satisfaction for those attending your courses.
