New Feature: Text Snippets in Email Builder
There’s no better place in your CRM to save frequently used messages than your Text Snippets. They help you quickly respond to customers and keep information handy, so we’re excited to introduce their inclusion to the email builder!
⭐How To Add Text Snippets in Email Builder?
Access the email builder by creating or editing an email template or campaign.
Inside the builder, add or edit a Text element.
Click the dog-eared paper icon.
Choose from your saved snippets.
⭐How Does This Benefit You?
Increased Collaboration: Reuse assets across all marketing, helping you keep your messages coherent and consistent even when managed by multiple team members.
Attachment Support: When adding Text Snippets to a campaign, all attachments will be included. In Email templates, attachments are not supported.
Simplified Creation: Add your FAQ’s and information pillars in an easily repeatable format, helping you save time and minimize human error in your communications.
Use this for all statements you’ll be sending across emails, sms, and chat messages, such as a change in working hours. This helps you reach all customers with a consistent message across channels. We hope you enjoy it!
