New Feature: Brand Voice in Brand Boards
Just like Brand Boards help you have your identifiers on hand, Brand Voices help you add your tone and style whenever you use AI tools to create content. Does this sound like something you need? Stick around to learn more about it!
⭐️Why Is This Feature Beneficial To Your Company?
Simplified Set-Up: Create a standardized writing style for your Content AI by filling out a questionnaire to define your services, core principles, and communication style.
Increased Quality: Get the perfect content in fewer attempts, using this tool to create a baseline for the AI to work with, ensuring the output fulfills your needs.
Tailored Outputs: This increases your control over the finer details of the AI’s output, resulting in organic-feeling content that increases customer interaction.
⭐️How To Create a Brand Voice?
To start, head to the Brand Boards tab inside the Marketing section and switch to the Brand Voice tab.
Click “+Add Brand Voice” and select Start from Scratch.
Fill in your brand's information, then click Save.
To use this voice, select it as the tone when using Content AI.
Having an AI assistant that understands your core identity is key in presenting a cohesive and organic face to your customers. This tool will help you achieve that every time, simply set it then forget it!
