Previously, bots frequently hit the message limit, causing conversations to stop and requiring manual admin intervention. So, we’ve raised the limit from 25 to 100 messages, allowing bots to continue longer, more complex conversations without stopping unexpectedly. Let’s check how to modify it!

⭐️How to Increase The Bot Message Limit per Conversation?

  1. Head to the Conversation AI tab in the AI Agents section, then click the three-dot icon next to your desired agent to edit it.

  2. In the Bot Settings, navigate to “Maximum messages a Bot can send in a Conversation” inside the Advanced Settings.

  3. Set a value between 1 and 100.
