Your calendars help you organize your day and keep track of customer interactions. However, if your calendar integrations were to get disconnected, things can get quite muddy. So, we’ve added notifications to ensure clarity!
⭐️How Will These Changes Affect You?
Automated Notifications: Whenever an integration, such as Google, Outlook, iCloud, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, gets disconnected, you will be immediately notified, helping you avoid confusion.
Default Notifications: Email and In-App notifications are turned on by default; you can modify this as needed.
⭐️How Can You Manage The Calendar Notifications?
Start by navigating to the My Profile section inside your settings and switching to the Notifications tab.
Scroll down to the Calendar notifications section and check the boxes for the channels you wish to use.
Click Save to set the changes.
